Items are handmade to order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

SHIPPING RATES

All UK orders are delivered FREE!

International Shipping is £20. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

European & Worldwide Deliveries

If you are ordering for postage outside the UK your purchase may be subject to additional import taxes.

Tiaras & Vines are not responsible for any import taxes that are incurred once the products have been dispatched.

Items for customers in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Items will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign If you are unable to sign for your package this will then refer to the delivery terms and conditions of Royal Mail if the package has been returned to us because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package again will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost items. Once the order is dispatched we cannot take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.  

Please let us know the date of the wedding or special occasion when ordering.

Please allow extra time as the items are handmade, this will be discussed when ordering.
